Kyle Club Terms & Conditions

The KYLE CLUB GOLD Membership is a monthly recurring subscription between Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. (Seller) and the Customer (Member) providing access to specific benefits and discounts as outlined in this agreement.

Membership Benefits:

KYLE CLUB GOLD Members receive the following benefits beginning on the date of enrollment:

Annual Maintenance Visit (One Per Year)

• Comprehensive whole-home plumbing inspection including visible pipe condition review, leak and pressure assessment, and drain performance evaluation
• Water heater health check including age verification, temperature and pressure safety test, anode rod condition assessment, flush or sediment evaluation (one water heater only; tankless water heaters require service valves or surcharge applies), and efficiency/remaining life discussion
• Water quality test including hardness test, chlorine/THM discussion, sediment evaluation, and water heater impact explanation
• Sewer line camera inspection (requires ground-level clean-out access; if not available, service may be skipped or additional charges may apply)
• Drain and fixture performance check including aerator and showerhead inspection, scale and mineral assessment, and drain flow evaluation
• Complimentary showerhead filter installation at enrollment (one shower of member’s choosing, installed during first visit)

Ongoing Member Benefits

• $0 dispatch fees for service calls between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). After-hours and holiday dispatch fees apply.
• 10% discount on select plumbing services (exclusions apply – see below)
• Priority scheduling over non-members where feasible

Pricing & Payment:

KYLE CLUB GOLD Membership is $15 per month, charged as an automatic recurring monthly credit card transaction. Membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled by Member or Seller. Member must provide and maintain a valid credit card on file. If payment is declined and Member does not provide updated payment information within 2 weeks, membership will be automatically canceled with no refunds for unused services.

Discount Exclusions:

10% member discount applies to select plumbing services. Discount excludes water heaters, major projects (repipes, sewer replacements), and price-competitive equipment installations. Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. reserves the right to determine discount eligibility. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or specials.

Service Call Disclaimers:

• Service calls/dispatch fees do not include diagnostic charges or repair estimates
• After-hours and holiday dispatch fees are not waived and may vary
• All service options and pricing will be provided upfront with required customer approval before work begins
• Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. reserves the right to refuse free service calls for repeat requests for the same repair where repair recommendations have been previously provided and declined by Member

Member Responsibilities:

It is the sole responsibility of the Member to schedule and utilize the annual maintenance visit and all membership benefits. Member must schedule annual maintenance visit within 12 months of enrollment date or previous visit. Seller is not responsible for underutilization of any benefits and is under no obligation to credit or refund any portion of services or benefits not utilized during the membership term or at time of cancellation.

Communications:

Member agrees to receive communications from Seller via direct mail, email, SMS/text, or phone calls including reminders about available benefits, account information, special offers, and scheduling recommendations.

Cancellation Policy:

Member may cancel membership with 2-week notice via phone or email (with verification of receipt by Kyle Plumbing II, Inc.). No refunds will be provided for prior charges previously agreed to as part of the membership subscription. Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. reserves the right to terminate membership with notice to Member and will automatically prevent future billing upon notice.

Additional Disclosures:

• Leak detection is NOT included as a complimentary service
• Water heater flush applies to one water heater only; tankless water heaters require service valves in place or surcharge applies
• All membership terms, benefits, and pricing are subject to change with notice to Member

General Terms & Conditions:

All services provided under KYLE CLUB GOLD Membership are subject to Kyle Plumbing II, Inc.’s standard Terms & Conditions of Service, including but not limited to liability limitations, warranty terms, dispute resolution procedures, and service area restrictions. By enrolling in KYLE CLUB GOLD, Member acknowledges and agrees to all Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. Terms & Conditions as noted on signed estimates and available upon request.
