*Residential Excess Costs: Any costs exceeding the specified limits of $1,000 for building damages and $3,000 for mitigation will be billed directly to the property owner or the person in charge of managing the property, as applicable per incident.
*Commercial Excess Costs: Any costs exceeding the specified limits of $2,000 for building damages and $5,000 for mitigation will be billed directly to the property owner or the person in charge of managing the property, as applicable per incident.
